Remind signers or cancel a request
From an agreement that is out for signature: send a reminder, or cancel it with a reason.
Send a reminder
- In Sign, open Agreements and click the agreement.
- In the panel on the right, click Remind.
- Choose who to remind and when, then click Send or Save.
Cancel a request
- Click the agreement, then Cancel.
- Write the reason. Tick Notify recipients if the signers should be told.
- Click Cancel agreement. The links stop working at once.
